I started writing when I was in 7th grade as a way to cope with then-undiagnosed mental illnesses. By 9th grade, I had filled multiple notebooks, and by 10th I started reciting poems to cope with inpatient. Eventually, I started crafting my own, using it as a translator for my emotions. As of 2023, I have 40+ poems written in the hopes of publishing a book someday. Here is a mix of poems I've written. My oldest would be A Life to my latest poem The Five W's. Comparing the them, you can read my abilities over time getting better as I hone my skills as a poet and storyteller.
